I started this work because I could see, early on, that organisations of the future would need to change continuously — and most of them weren’t built for that.
Nearly two decades later, I’ve worked with global organisations including AstraZeneca, Novartis, Bupa, BlackRock and Informa on their high-stakes transformation programmes — helping them translate complex change into something people can actually understand, align around and adopt.
My approach creates the clarity, alignment and connection that makes transformation real — and breaks through the blocks that stop it landing.
